Judith's Richardson/Flint page
My Grandfather, Robert Flint RICHARDSON, was born in 1875 in Crook, Co Durham, he was the eldest son of Charles FLINT & Alice Lavinia HANNANT, Charles & Alice were married in Auckland, Co Durham in 1874.
Roberts siblings were:
Jane FLINT, b. 1877 Framwellgate Moor, Co Durham.
Charles FLINT, b. 1879 Framwellgate Moor, Co Durham
William FLINT, b. 1880 Jobs Hill, Co Durham
Albert FLINT, b. 1885 Willington, Co Durham
Charles FLINT, husband of Alice & father of the above died in 1886 and Alice subsequently married John William RICHARDSON in Auckland, Co Durham in 1888. At this point the family became dispersed among the family, Robert & Albert staying with their mother & stepfather and subsequently taking up the surname RICHARDSON.
Jane FLINT went to live with her aunt Elizabeth MAINS (nee' HANNANT) until she married James TODD in 1893.
Charles FLINT went to live with his grandparents Robert & Mary HANNANT, he later married Ellen CLELMENTSON.
